Roadwise Driver Training was established in 1994 by Managing Director Dave Watson.  Based in Aberdeen, Roadwise is the largest independent driver training organisation in the North East of Scotland, offering a first class range of services tailored to the needs of learner drivers and organisations.

Led by Dave Watson, a former Police Driving Instructor, our professional and experienced team of driving instructors are committed to delivering driver training designed to improve young drivers’ road safety awareness and promoting responsible driving across the Grampian region.  Safety is imbedded in every aspect of Roadwise from driving lessons or Pre-17 tuition for learner drivers to skid training, defensive driving and road familiarisation as part of corporate packages tailor-made for companies.

In August 2008 Foyer Enterprise, the trading arm of Aberdeen Foyer, a charitable organisation working to alleviate and prevent youth homelessness and unemployment, acquired a 50% share in Roadwise Driver Training.  Income generated by Roadwise is used to support the work of Aberdeen Foyer.  The social impact of Roadwise now extends well beyond the direct results of the work undertaken to create a safer road environment for all road users.
